All complaints are fully investigated before we respond to you. This is to ensure that we have all the relevant information so we can respond to you with constructive comments and/or compose a course of action promptly. Our intention is to resolve your concerns within 48 hours however on occasion it may take longer to look into the matter fully. If this happens, we will let you know within 3 working days.

To ensure that your complaint is dealt with in a consistent and reportable manner we do not deal with complaints via the telephone as we investigate fully and require written notice to ensure all issues are internally verified.
