At Home
Call us. At your home visit we will take professional photos, measurements, floorplans and take a full description.
Within 24 hours of our home visit we will send you a proof of your property advert, allowing you chance to edit the listing and select the best photos.

Live
Once you’ve confirmed your advert will go live on Zoopla, Prime Location, On the Market, Rightmove etc. We will also upload your property onto social media.
We’ll send you weekly reports on how your property is performing on the portals.

Viewings
We take care of the viewing for you accompanying each potential buyer.
Before we book a viewing we will consult with you to ensure the day and time suits you.

Buyers
We will follow up with the potential buyer and pass any feedback onto you.
We’ll make sure the buyer has a mortgage offer before negotiating.

Negotiate
We don’t expect you to have to negotiate – we’ll take care of that, with you giving us your guidelines.
We’ll send out any accepted/declined offers in writing to the all parties.
