At Home
Call us. At your home visit we will take professional photos, measurements, floorplans and take a full description.
Within 24 hours of our home visit we will send you a proof of your property advert, allowing you the chance to edit the listing and select the best photos.

Live
Once you’ve confirmed your advert, it will go live on Zoopla, Prime Location, On the Market, Rightmove etc. We will also upload your property onto social media.
We’ll send you weekly reports on how your property is performing on the portals.

Viewings
Potential Buyers will contact us and we will arrange, between you and them a suitable time to view the property which we will confirm by email to all parties.
We allow you to do the your viewings – it’s your home and you know it best!

Buyers
We will follow up with the potential buyer and pass any feedback onto you.
We’ll make sure the buyer has a mortgage offer before negotiating.

Negotiate
We don’t expect you to have to negotiate – we’ll take care of that, with you giving us your guidelines.
We’ll send out any accepted/declined offers in writing to the all parties.
